Our Story: Building Peace of Mind on Solid Ground
Back in 2003, company founder Gregory Rocha set out with a clear mission in his hometown of Half Moon Bay. He wanted to build a local team that homeowners could trust with their most critical property challenges. Living and working along the Coastside and across the Peninsula, Gregory saw firsthand how heavy winter rains, shifting soils, and coastal terrain could threaten hillside homes.
He founded Peninsula Landslide Repair to give local families real, long-lasting peace of mind through specialized slope engineering and earthworks. With over two decades of hands-on experience in complex site preparation, retaining structures, and slope stabilization, Gregory brings deep local knowledge and a practical, problem-solving approach to every project.
Outside of work, Gregory is a true local who loves spending weekends outdoors with his wife and three kids. They enjoy camping trips, riding through trails in their side-by-sides, and hitting the mountain for winter snowboarding.
